In light of the current climate, we want to let you know that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our family run business is built on working closely with our customers in order to provide exceptional customer service, and the health and well-being of both our staff and #dlsbdolls is our number one priority. With this in mind, we are taking the following actions:

To make things easier for DLSB shoppers, we have extended our returns period to 28 days for a refund, and 45 days for store credit - effective from the date you receive your order onwards.

We will continue to provide you with real and empowering content on our Social Media platforms, helping to offer a form of positive escapism, at a time when we might need it the most.

Any staff presenting symptoms of the virus are of course asked to stay at home until they are fully recovered and have completed the recommended isolation period. We’re adding in extra cleaning and hygiene measures throughout.

Moreover, as a result of this, we are currently working with skeleton staff in the warehouse until further notice. We have also implemented social distancing measures wherever possible.

We are processing refunds, however we are experiencing slight inevitable delays. We know that this can be a frustrating process for you, however we thank you for your patience and understanding. We promise to process refunds as soon as possible. We would also like our customers to be aware that if you have used an alternative payment method such as Klarna, ZIP Pay, Laybuy or Clearpay, you are more than likely to be able to ask for an extension on payment.
